3. Friday, August 22, 2025, is the last day to confirm enrollment; all course waitlists are dropped on this date.
4. The last day to register for or add a course, and the final day to drop a course with a 100% tuition and fee refund, is Friday, August 29, 2025.
5. The university will be closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 1, 2025. Note: Saturday classes will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025. Classes resume on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, following the Labor Day holiday.
6. Friday, September 5, 2025, is the last day to drop a course and receive a 75% tuition refund.
7. The last day to drop a course and receive a 50% tuition refund is Friday, September 12, 2025.
8. Friday, September 19, 2025, is the final day to drop a course with a 25% tuition refund, the last day to drop a course without a record appearing on the transcript, and the last day to change grading rules to audit.
9. Tulane Fall break 2025 takes place from Thursday, October 2, 2025, through Sunday, October 5, 2025; no classes are held during this period. Classes resume on Monday, October 6, 2025, following fall break.
10. Mid-term grades for undergraduate students are due on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
11. The last day to withdraw from a course, resulting in a grade of ‘W’, and the final day to change grading rules (other than to audit), is Friday, October 17, 2025.
12. Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19, 2025, are designated make-up days and will only be used in the event of a university closure.
13. Registration for the Spring 2026 semester begins on Monday, November 3, 2025.
14. Saturday, November 15, and Sunday, November 16, 2025, are designated make-up days to be used only if necessary due to university closure.
