1. Pre-registration for the Fall 2025 Regular Session ends on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
2. The first day of classes for the Regular Session is Monday, August 18, 2025.
3. The last day to enroll in or change classes for the Regular Session is Friday, August 22, 2025.
4. The last day to withdraw from the Regular Session and receive a 100% tuition refund is Sunday, August 24, 2025.
5. The last day to withdraw from the Regular Session and receive a 75% tuition refund is Sunday, August 31, 2025.
6. Labor Day is observed on Monday, September 1, 2025; the university is closed.
7. The last day to withdraw from the Regular Session and receive a 50% tuition refund is Sunday, September 7, 2025.
8. The last day to withdraw from the Regular Session and receive a 25% tuition refund is Sunday, September 14, 2025.
9. Unsatisfactory grades for the Regular Session must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
10. TCU Fall Break 2025 commences at 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, and continues through Sunday, October 12, 2025. Classes resume at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025, following Fall Break.
11. The last day to remove an “I” (incomplete) grade from Spring and Summer 2024 courses is Thursday, October 16, 2025.
12. The last day to drop a course for the Regular Session is Monday, November 3, 2025.
13. Scheduled graduate enrollment appointments for Winter Session and Spring 2026 begin on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
