1. Labour Day will be observed on Monday, September 1, 2025, and the Institute will be closed.
2. Applications to graduate for the Fall 2025 convocation ceremony close on Monday, September 1, 2025.
3. SAIT Fall 2025 classes start on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. It is the first day of classes.
4. Applications to graduate for the Winter 2026 convocation ceremony open on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
5. The tuition payment deadline for continuing students is Friday, September 12, 2025.
6. The final day to apply for transfer credit and recognition of prior learning (PLAR) for the fall term and receive a tuition refund is Friday, September 12, 2025.
7. The add/drop period ends for most full-time programs on Friday, September 12, 2025.
8. The final day to opt out of or add family to the Saitsa health and dental plan is Friday, September 12, 2025.
9. The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation will be observed on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, and the Institute will be closed.

1. Applications to graduate for the Winter 2026 convocation close on Thursday, January 1, 2026.
2. Applications to graduate for the Spring 2026 convocation open on Friday, January 2, 2026.
3. The add/drop period for Winter begins for most full-time programs on Friday, January 2, 2026.
4. Winter orientation will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026.
5. Winter classes will commence on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
6. The tuition payment deadline for continuing Winter 2026 students is Friday, January 16, 2026.
7. The final day to apply for transfer credit or PLAR and receive a tuition refund for Winter is Friday, January 16, 2026.
8. The final day to opt out of or add family to the Saitsa health and dental plan is Friday, January 16, 2026.
9. The tuition payment deadline for accepted Winter 2026 students starting classes on February 17 is Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

2. The tuition payment deadline for accepted students starting June 8, 2026, is Tuesday, May 13, 2026.
3. The tuition payment deadline for continuing students only is Friday, May 15, 2026.
4. The final day to apply for transfer credit or recognition of prior learning (PLAR) for the Spring term and receive a tuition refund is Friday, May 15, 2026.
5. The add/drop period for most full-time programs ends on Friday, May 15, 2026.
6. Apprentice registration opens on Friday, May 15, 2026.
7. Victoria Day will be observed on Monday, May 18, 2026, and the Institute will be closed.
8. The final transcript deadline for Summer term applicants is Monday, June 1, 2026.
