1. The Schedule of Classes becomes available on MyPortal on Tuesday, April 21, 2025.
2. Registration appointments become available on MyPortal on Tuesday, April 28, 2025.
3. Departments enter Program Flags for eligible Special Program students by Thursday, April 24, 2025.
4. The High School Concurrent Enrollment deadline to submit the packet is Tuesday, August 7, 2025.
5. The application deadline (11:59 PM) is Saturday, August 21, 2025.
6. The Fall 2025 term begins on Monday, August 25, 2025.
7. Monday, September 1, 2025, is Labor Day. There are no classes.
8. Add deadline for most classes is Sunday, September 7, 2025.
9. Refund deadline for most classes (and drop without a “W” ) is Sunday, September 7, 2025.
10. Census date for most classes is Monday, September 8, 2025.
11. Wednesday, November 11, 2025, is Veterans Day. There are no classes.
12. The drop with a “W” deadline for most classes (75% of class meetings) is Thursday, November 14, 2025.
13. RCC Thanksgiving Break 2025 is from Tuesday, November 24, 2025, to Monday, November 30, 2025.
14. The pass/No Pass (P/NP) grading deadline for most classes is Friday, December 19, 2025.

2. Registration appointments become available on MyPortal on Wednesday, October 27, 2025.
3. Departments enter Program Flags for eligible Special Program students by Wednesday, October 23, 2025.
4. The Winter 2026 term begins on Monday, January 5, 2026.
5. The application deadline (11:59 PM) is Wednesday, January 8, 2026.
6. The deadline for most classes is Sunday, January 11, 2026.
7. Refund deadline for most classes (and drop without a “W” ) is Sunday, January 11, 2026.
8. Census date for most classes is Monday, January 12, 2026.
9. The drop with a “W” deadline for most classes (75% of class meetings) is Tuesday, February 2, 2026.
10. The pass/No Pass (P/NP) grading deadline for most classes is Tuesday, February 12, 2026.
11. The Winter 2026 term ends on Tuesday, February 12, 2026.

1. Application submission for Spring 2026 begins on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
2. The high school concurrent enrollment packet must be submitted between Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and Friday, February 6, 2026.
3. The schedule of classes for Spring 2026 will be available on MyPortal starting Monday, October 6, 2025.
4. The application and orientation deadline for the order of registration is Thursday, October 23, 2025.
5. Departments may begin entering program flags for eligible special program students on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
6. Registration appointments will be available on MyPortal beginning Monday, October 27, 2025.
7. The Spring 2026 term begins on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
8. The refund deadline for most classes is Friday, February 27, 2026.
9. The add deadline for most classes is Sunday, March 8, 2026.
10. The last day to drop a class without receiving a grade of “W” is Sunday, March 8, 2026.
11. The census date for most classes is Monday, March 9, 2026.
12. Classes will not be in session on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
13. RCC Spring Break 2026 runs from Monday, April 13, through Sunday, April 19, 2026. Classes resume on Monday, April 20, 2026, after the Spring Break Week.
14. Classes will not be in session on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.
15. The last day to drop a class with a grade of “W” is Friday, May 15, 2026.
16. The final application deadline, through 11:59 p.m., is Friday, May 29, 2026.
17. The Spring 2026 term ends on Friday, June 12, 2026.
18. The Pass/No Pass (P/NP) deadline for most classes is Friday, June 12, 2026.
