  4. The academic review deadline for all online programs affecting Fall 2026 enrollment is Friday, August 28, 2026.
  5. The last day to add or make changes to 16-week courses via XE Registration is Friday, September 4, 2026.
  6. The last day to drop 16-week courses with no W on record is Friday, September 4, 2026.
  7. The last day to drop all courses (excluding Part-of-Term A courses) and receive 100% tuition and fee cancellation is Friday, September 4, 2026.
  8. Labor Day holiday is Monday, September 7, 2026. No classes are held.
  9. The last day to file intent to graduate for Fall 2026 is Friday, September 11, 2026.
  10. Campus Care deadline to submit waiver forms is Sunday, September 13, 2026.
  11. Instructors may begin entering grades for Parts of Term LF beginning Monday, September 21, 2026.
  12. The deadline to withdraw from an individual Part-of-Term A course (with a W grade recorded) is Friday, September 25, 2026.
  13. Instructors may begin entering midterm grades on Monday, October 5, 2026.

  30. Instruction ends Friday, December 4, 2026.
  31. The last day for students to withdraw from the term (full-term or Part-of-Term B courses) is Friday, December 4, 2026.
  32. The last day for graduating students to change their name for diploma purposes is Friday, December 4, 2026.
  33. Final examinations are from Monday, December 7, 2026, through Friday, December 11, 2026.
  34. Instructor grading deadline is Wednesday, December 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM for 16-week and Parts of Term LF, B, and XM courses.
  35. Grades become available via the UIC Student Portal on Monday, December 21, 2026.
  36. Degrees are posted to student records beginning Monday, December 21, 2026, and continuing through Tuesday, December 22, 2026.
  37. Diplomas for Fall 2026 graduates are ordered beginning Wednesday, December 23, 2026.
