TTU Academic Calendar Spring 2027

1. Ninety-five percent payment of mandatory tuition and fees or enrollment in a payment plan for Spring 2027 is due on Friday, January 8, 2027. Registrations after this date require immediate payment or enrollment in a payment plan.
2. Move-in (Tech-In) for residence halls begins on Sunday, January 10, 2027, at 10:00 a.m., marking the opening of spring housing. Select dining locations also open for service.
3. Faculty are on duty on Monday, January 11, 2027.
4. Spring 2027 classes begin on Wednesday, January 13, 2027.
5. MLK Day is observed on Monday, January 18, 2027, as a university holiday with modified dining hours.
6. The last day for student-initiated course additions on MyTech is Tuesday, January 19, 2027.
7. Advisor permission is required to add a course from Wednesday, January 20, 2027, through Monday, January 25, 2027.
8. The last day for graduate degree candidates to file an application to graduate is Friday, January 22, 2027.
9. Instructor and advisor permission are required to add a course from Tuesday, January 26, 2027, through Friday, January 29, 2027.
10. The last day for student-initiated drops without academic penalty is Friday, January 29, 2027, along with multiple related withdrawal and enrollment deadlines.
