  29. The Fall Term course drop period with a 50% refund will run from Saturday, September 19, 2026, to Friday, October 9, 2026.

  31. Spring/Summer graduation term eligibility status confirmation for Fall Convocation will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
  32. The last day for full payment of undergraduate tuition fees assessed for the Fall Term will be Friday, September 25, 2026.
  33. The last day to clear all outstanding financial and other obligations to the University for Fall Convocation will be Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
  34. National Day for Truth and Reconciliation will be observed on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The University will remain open, and classes will be held with community observances.
  35. The last day to drop a Fall Term course and receive a 50% refund will be Friday, October 9, 2026.
  36. The last day to withdraw from a program and receive a 50% refund of Fall Term fees will be Friday, October 9, 2026.
  37. Thanksgiving will be observed, and the University will be closed on Monday, October 12, 2026.
  38. Fall Study Week for undergraduate programs (except Engineering) and The Chang School will take place from Tuesday, October 13, 2026, to Friday, October 16, 2026.
  39. Fall Convocation ceremonies (unconfirmed) are scheduled to take place from Thursday, October 15, 2026, to Friday, October 16, 2026.
  40. The last day to submit a fee rate change request to have Fall Term fees revised will be Friday, October 30, 2026.
  41. The application period to graduate from the Winter Term (Spring Convocation), with no application fee, will run from Sunday, November 1, 2026, to Monday, March 1, 2027.

  2. The last working day of 2026 will be Wednesday, December 23, 2026. The University will close at 4:30 p.m. for the Mid-Year Winter Break.
  3. The Mid-Year Winter Break, during which the University will be closed, will run from Wednesday, December 23, 2026, to Thursday, January 7, 2027.
