  2. The due date to apply and submit documents for the June 16 top-up offer round at QTAC is Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
  3. The closing date for on-time postgraduate course applications for a late June start is Saturday, June 13, 2026.
  4. QTAC midyear top-up round offers become available at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
  5. QTAC midyear top-up round offers become available at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026, which is also the due date to apply and submit documents for the June 26 top-up offer round.
  6. Late return from QTAC deferment offers are released on Monday, June 22, 2026.
  7. QTAC midyear top-up round offers become available at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
  8. The personal timetable is released, and adjustments can be made through the MyTimetable system, from Tuesday, June 23, 2026, to Friday, August 7, 2026.
  9. QTAC midyear top-up round offers become available at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

  30. The last date to defer a midyear offer if the course is open to deferment is Friday, August 14, 2026, which is also the final date to email QUT Admissions to request placement on QTAC deferment.
  31. Deferment confirmation letters are sent to QTAC students with approved late requests for deferment on Monday, August 24, 2026.
  32. The draft timetable for the end-of-semester central examination period is released on Monday, September 7, 2026.
