  6. BGSU Fall 2026 semester classes start on Monday, August 24, 2026. It is the first day of classes.
  7. Students who complete a term withdrawal receive a withdrawal (W) grade on their transcript beginning on Monday, August 24, 2026.
  8. The last day for undergraduate students to apply for Fall 2026 graduation is Sunday, September 6, 2026.
  9. Labor Day is observed on Monday, September 7, 2026, and no classes are held.
  10. The fifteenth-day census date for the regular session is Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
  11. The Early Alert and Take Action period takes place from Tuesday, September 8, 2026, through Monday, September 21, 2026.
  12. The last day for graduate students to apply for Fall 2026 graduation is Friday, September 18, 2026.
  13. BGSU Fall Break 2026 takes place from Monday, October 5, 2026, through Tuesday, October 6, 2026, and no classes are held.
  14. The midterm reporting period takes place from Wednesday, October 7, 2026, through Monday, October 26, 2026.
  16. Veterans Day is observed on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, and no classes are held.
  17. BGSU Thanksgiving Break 2026 takes place from Wednesday, November 25, 2026, through Friday, November 27, 2026, and no classes are held.
  18. Doctoral, master’s, and undergraduate commencement ceremonies take place on Friday, December 11, 2026.

  1. Enrollment for continuing students for Spring 2027 begins on Monday, October 19, 2026. Spring 2027 course shells also become available on this date.
  2. Open enrollment for Spring 2027 begins on Friday, October 30, 2026.
  3. The first tuition assessment for all registered Spring 2027 students begins on Tuesday, December 1, 2026.
  4. Tuition and fees are due on Friday, January 1, 2027.
  5. The last day to record degree requirements for Fall 2026 graduation is Friday, January 8, 2027.
  6. BGSU Spring 2027 classes start on Monday, January 11, 2027.
  7. The reinstatement deadline for Fall 2026 suspended or dismissed students is Monday, January 11, 2027, at 12:00 p.m.
  8. Students who complete a term withdrawal receive a withdrawal (W) grade on their transcript beginning on Monday, January 11, 2027.
  9. Martin Luther King Jr. Day is observed on Monday, January 18, 2027, and no classes are held.
  10. A $25 late registration fee begins on Monday, January 18, 2027.
  11. The last day for undergraduate students to apply for Spring 2027 graduation is Sunday, January 24, 2027.
  12. The fifteenth-day census date for the regular 15-week session is Monday, January 25, 2027.
